Sponsors are often key to an event. We can help set you up to make the ask in a way that they understand the benefits. Once they’re on board, we will make sure to recognize them and integrate your sponsors into the program.
Whether they are there to sell, or to give out information, or to entertain, exhibitors can be a great addition to your program. From first contact to registration, gathering details, communications, load in to load out, if you treat them well, they can be your greatest advocates.
Set up help, registration, or program participants, if you have volunteers or staff that are helping, we can create job descriptions, train them, and supervise them during the event to maximize their efforts
Tickets and Registration
Start with the right invitation and whether it’s selling tickets online or just gathering RSVPs, we can manage the process. We’ve organized tens of thousands of attendees over the years with personalized agendas and program participation. We also handle monthly or annual events and take pride in recognizing participants by sight and greeting them by name.
A single acoustic guitar playing in the corner of a reception, a group of a cappella singers strolling around, a juggler on stilts interacting with participants, or multiple acts on a day long festival stage. We can book the talent, coordinate the tech riders, and produce the program.
This includes audio-visual multi media, live online broadcasting, lighting, graphic design, multi media presentations, production and exhibition, online coordination, media relations, and many other technical details.

Site Prep and Management
Once you have your location, what’s next? First, determine the elements, then how they relate to each other. From parking to staging, event flow to staffing, we guide you though all the decisions, even the ones you didn’t know you need to make.
Maybe its two or three days, or maybe it can be done in an hour. A reception could kick things off, or maybe a general session provides a shared experience to begin. Entertainment, speakers, panelists . . . think through the overall plan before filling in the details. We’ve done it before and know some tricks.
