Wendell Hoover has organized a City Island Volleyball Tournament each summer for more than five years. In 2006, the event became a fundraiser for Forgotten Voices International.
Forgotten Voices International is a faith based foundation that works to empower local people to effectively address the multifaceted challenges faced by AIDS orphans and their relatives in Zimbabwe.
